One To One
IN PRESENCE AND ONLINE
The one to one approach allows me to build the practice on the person’s needs and connect on a deeper level with the student. Thanks to my holistic education, I target the person’s physical, intellectual, emotional, social, creative and spiritual potentials. When I teach privately, the ability to create empathy plays a fundamental role. The first few minutes are precious to me to understand the mood of the person. The body language says a lot about the psycho-physical conditions. Then, I usually investigate the general health conditions, how the person feels, how was the quality of the sleep and if there’s the need to work on something specific. Afterwards, there are a few minutes of silence to align and connect our energies. Alignment allows the practice to be deep and effective. I usually like to be creative, I often change exercises to inspire people and to bring them out of their comfort zone.
Every practice is a journey of exploration of the self. The one-to-one approach gives me the possibility to express my gift: understand and connect with the person’s needs and give them the tools to heal themselves.
